SWAM Trumpets provides you with the ability to customise virtually every aspect of your sound to perfectly blend with your instruments and mix. Perfect for any mixing engineer, composer or producer, the proprietary SWAM-B modelling engine means you are not bound by the restrictions placed upon the sampled sound you are triggering. Instead, you can adjust the behaviour characteristics of your trumpet in the same way a musician could when recording the instrument for real.

Physical elements can be manipulated in real-time such as the pipe length, breath pressure and lip tension, ensuring all the dynamic expression is maintained in emotive performances. Several Play Modes are employed to give you control over the style of performance within your instrument. The Pipe Model can be changed from valves to slides with control over the speed as well as choosing between four different mute types for traditional jazz-style solos. Advanced features such as the bell resonance, bell dispersion angle, breath noise and even the size of the mute allow you to add the humanisation element needed for authentic sounds and performances. In-depth tuning parameters are employed to allow you to finely tune against the exact pitch of other instruments within your mix unlike the static pitch of sampled libraries, ensuring no sour notes are heard in your mix. Ensuring you can fit within the sound of your mix and style, a handy FX section is included with compressor, EQ and Reverb to customise your sound for your sessions and projects.

On-stage, SWAM Trumpets offers the most realistic brass instrument sound available on the market today. Comprehensive MIDI mapping ensures that no matter what controller type you use, SWAM Trumpets can map all message types from CC, Hi-Res CC, Aftertouch and more to your instrument. Additionally, SWAM Trumpets comes with a wide range of presets that are mapped to common controller types, offering a plug-and-play solution for most live performers. Advanced velocity curve control ensures that every note will have the exact expression you need to convey the emotion within your composition.
